Pulse Lighting is a full-service lighting production, design and operations company with offices in Nashville, TN, and Raleigh, NC.

Founded in 2005 by brothers Paul and Preston Hoffman, the company has grown from a small concert lighting business to one of the premier players in music and event lighting nationwide.
Pulse’s team of experienced designers and technicians have decades of collective experience, managing lighting on tours by everyone from Widespread Panic to Brandi Carlile to Jason Isbell. Pulse has also directed the lighting at music festivals like Trondossa and the Ultra electronic festival in Miami, and has extensive experience in broadcast events, such as the Tony Awards, the NCAA Final Four and the announcers’ booth at Superbowl XLII.
Pulse’s capabilities also extend to installing permanent lighting systems in music venues, including The Anthem in Washington, DC, and The Hive in Sandpoint, ID.
