Pulse Lighting was involved in the Congressional Blues Festival from their humble beginning as a happy hour on the roof of an office building. Pulse Lighting grew with the event over the years as they moved to the Mellon Auditorium, The Kennedy Center and finally the National Building Museum in 2011. VoltaLIVE, the producers of the event, placed strong value on aesthetic quality and creating a wholly encompassing visual environment for one of Washington’s most popular festivals.
