Vanessa Joyce

Vanessa started working in the industry in 2002 as a volunteer at a local theater, where she learned lighting programming and eventually served as the lighting director. In 2008, she went on the road as the tour manager for Grammy-winning jazz artist, Nicole Zuraitis. After working on and off Broadway as a lighting tech and stage manager, Vanessa joined many tours as a lighting and repair tech with PRG and Fuse Technical Group. At Fuse, she worked her way up to crew chief and later accepted the role of QC Manager at their Nashville shop. Pulse was happy to welcome Vanessa to the crew in 2026. After a few months, she set off on her first Pulse tour as the Lighting Technician for The Rock Orchestra.
